SHOWCASE 2026

The School of Ballet Theatre UK proudly presents a thrilling evening of dance performed by students of the BA (Hons) Ballet Performance Programme, delivered in partnership with the University of West London.

The evening features two exciting new commissions, including original works by YAGP award-winning American choreographer Krista King-Doherty and international choreographer Francesco Mangiapane, offering fresh, dynamic perspectives on classical technique.

Audiences will enjoy excerpts from Marius Petipa’s beloved classical masterpieces The Awakening of Flora and Paquita. Contemporary works by Hannah Connor bring depth and modern expression to the programme, alongside a technically driven jazz piece by Morgana Byworth, adding energy and contrast to the evening.

The performance concludes with Soirée de Paris, a whimsical character ballet choreographed by Artistic Director Christopher Moore. Inspired by the elegance and exuberance of the Belle Époque, this joyful finale features the world-famous Cancan, set to the irresistible music of Jacques Offenbach.

A celebration of artistry and emerging talent, this performance offers a captivating glimpse into the future of professional ballet.

Tickets will be available to purchase online from 10:00AM on Saturday 31st January 2026 for Concordia Theatre Members and from 10:00AM on Saturday 7th February 2026 for the general public.

The Revlon Girl

It’s 1967 in the small Welsh coal mining village of Aberfan, 8 months after the slag heap behind the village came sliding down onto the primary school and nearby homes, killing 144 people, 116 of them children, and devastating the whole community.

The Revlon Girl tells the real-life story of a group of bereaved mothers who meet every week in a room above a local pub to talk, cry and even laugh without feeling guilty. Helped by a Revlon representative, their stories unfold in a powerful and life affirming play

Tickets are limited to just 65 each night, so they will sell quickly.
